2.The project took 2½ years to construct & It was opened to the public in May of 2000. But the full site opened on the 17th of march in 2001.

6. Within the artificial biomes are plants that are collected from around the world.
7. One of the reasons i chose this building was because it was a greenhouse, unlike some of the other buildings. Another reason was because i would love to visit the United Kingdom and see how different it is over there from here.
Kunsthaus Graz, Austria

4. It is also known as the "Graz Art Museum" and it was built as a part of the European Capital of Culture celebratioins back in 2003 & since has been an architectual landmark.

7. I chose it because it was outside the United States and when i saw the picture it looked very unusual. When i found out it was used as an Art Museum i wondered what it would be like if we had created a museum like the one in Austria.

6. The building was created as a Hotel in Dubai with 205 rooms.
7. I picked this building because one of my favorite movies was Slumdog Millionaire in Dubai. Another reason was becuase when i was reading about the building , it was it's own island on the side of Dubai. Then i wanted to know what the building was used for, and the figure of the hotel looks like a sailboat which i thought was pretty cool.
